What does it cost to use Garage Sale Organizer?
It's free and it will stay that way. Garage Sale Organizer is a community
based application: the more people using it, the better it becomes. For this reason, it will always be free.
However, there is cost involved to run the project. Currently, I'm paying for it out of my pocket. I've
listed the break down below.

How can I help?
You're free to use the application, no guilt required! I'm happy if someone finds my programs useful. If
you do want to help, it would be greatly appreciated. Here are a few ideas:

- Donate money: $20, $10, even $1 would help. If 42 people all donated $1 it would pay for the domain name for one year or 48 people at $10 would pay for the web services.
- Advertise: Put an ad in your local paper. Take some flyers with you when you go out. Spread the
word. Put a flyer on your grocery store or work bulletin board.
- Google Adwords: These are located throughout the page. (I've tried to keep them from interfering with
the functionality of the page.) When you click on one of these links, a few cents is paid
towards the project. Go click crazy!
- Blogs/Website: Talk about us in your blog. Any mention on other websites counts toward
link popularity in Google. This helps bring us to closer to the number one spot for popular searches.
- Bookmark: Using the following to bookmark us will help promote the site and bring
in more users to the community. (Remember, that will make the site better for you!)
- Garage Sale Network: If our site is not to your liking, try to convince your favourite online site to
join the Garage Sale Network. The idea is to share the data across sites so you get the most complete
picture of sales in your area.
